Article I 
You have the right to know for certain that your real estate broker is committed to representing you, the seller, and your best interests always.

Article II
You have a right to have your agent give you a price range backed up by factual market data; namely, comparable sales, current market conditions, etc.

Article III
You have a right to know that your agent is committed to marketing your home at the best possible price and terms for you, the seller.

Article IV
You have the right to know for certain that every agent with a qualified buyer knows that your home is for sale.

Article V
You have a right to know that your agent understands fully that he or she has a fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty in all dealings with you, the seller.


Article VI
You have a right to know that your agent will present to you all offers from any office or agent and not just from Intero. You have a right to see all offers.

Article VII
You have a right to know that your agent is committed to negotiating always on your behalf. You deserve the utmost care in representation.

Article VIII
You have a right to the highest of ethical treatment. Intero Real Estate will ensure that your interests come first. You can contact Intero for a complete Real Estate Code of Ethics.

Article IX
You have a right to know that Intero Real Estate and its agents are committed to representing you in such a way that becomes a lifetime client.
